GRANT CREEK AREA PLAN, MISSOULA GROWTH PLAN AND EXISTING ZONING

After thoughtful planning including public process and Grant Creek neighbor involvement, a comprehensive plan for the Grant Creek Valley (north of I-90) was adopted by Missoula City Council in 1980.

 

The Grant Creek Area Plan accommodates responsible commercial and residential growth and development while protecting its natural resources. In 2006 and 2015 it was adopted as an amendment to the Our Missoula City Growth Policy 2035.

Our Missoula Growth Policy 2035 is the guiding document for Missoula's growth and development.
